Cachafaz

Challenge

It was 2008 and the company grew rapidly and began to professionalize their teams. Both employees and some customers (distributors and retails) needed new management tools. But the challenge was great: They needed an ERP, manage their staff, improve production, etc. And all providers contacted only wanted to sell their products, without looking at the situation of the company as a whole.

 

Solution

To address these challenges, Cachafaz elected Positive IT, in order to analyze the situation and take the appropriate technology recommendations. The first challenge was to manage the implementation of an ERP. But the most important was not the software product but to accompany people in that cultural transition, so strong and necessary due to growth and improvement intentions of its owners, without losing sight of the business objectives and the needs of all the work areas. We always think about the business and culture of the company, and accompany every step with the unique contribution that can give that integrated knowledge of technology and business. Since then, truly align IT with the business. Today Cachafaz has an ERP, a CRM, BI solution, HRM, production management software, and a virtualization infrastructure that enables large reductions of space and all thought comprehensively from the business point of view.

Telectrónica

Challenge

In 2013 we arrived at Telectrónica, a company already established, their core business processes already supported by technological tools but with a deficit in relation to the management of their customers.

 

Solution

We provide our expertise and started working together, joining the company in cleaning it's client portfolio and the implementation of a CRM. Our goal was to achieve a comprehensive solution, encompassing all business needs. Using a combination of BI tools we managed to create a source of pure data as an entry point to the CRM, and the integration with Google technologies.

 

Ministerio Público Fiscal

Challenge

The "Ministerio Público Fiscal" has a large technology department, which develops and implements the tools that they use for the core processes of the organization.

 

Solution

During 2013, our team along with the department of technology, incorporated management dashboards to the key processes of the organization, granting visibility to the management team. We worked heavily on the standardization and data cleansing that arose from different data sources. Today, these dashboards are integrated transparently with their main management tool and can be viewed at different levels: operational, tactical and strategic.
